2012 Resolutions
Run another marathon. Here’s my training plan for the new year.  A half marathon in May and a full marathon in October… if I stick to this exactly I’ll run 700 miles between February 13th and October 12th… insane!

Holiday Health Management

Getting my running groove back
I have really, REALLY been missing my running routine but unfortunately I am wuss when it comes to running outside in the cold.  Good news, though- I found a pretty affordable 3 month gym membership just a few blocks away from my house.  The gym has decent hours (5 am to 9 pm during the week, 8 to 6 on Saturday and 8 to 3 on Sunday) and never looks too crazy busy.
