I went for my first run in ages today and feel like this post might have been written for me. :)
- Because if you stop mid-run, you’ll freeze, so it’s better to keep going.
- Because it’s nicer to see your breath instead of swimming in your own sweat during summer runs.
- Because you can call it cryogenic cardio: freezing your ass off.
- Because if your legs get cold enough, the pain kind of…
I haven’t been doing any running because its too dark after work and too dangerous on the slippy slidey stuff out there...
