I only work Tuesday through Friday and it will be S-L-O-W so it should be easy to be on my best behavior. Here’s what I’m thinking/planning:
- Food: I’m doing the juice cleanse Julie mentioned last week. I’m bumping up a day and I’m cleansing Monday- Tuesday but will eat mostly raw/vegan the rest of the week. After a month of eating whatever the heck I wanted I want to get back in my healthy groove and these week will be a great model for it!
- Sleep: I’m aiming for 7 hours a night and starting tomorrow I’m going to try to make my bedtime at 10:30 so I’m ready for my 5:30 am wake up call for my yoga and running routine.
- Yoga: I’m trying to go every day this week. Easy C1 classes during the cleanse then Hot Power Fusion or C2 the other days.
- Fun: Tomorrow is my last day of vacation so I’m treating myself to a movie, Thursday I have a CD release party for a friend, Saturday I’m going with a friend to pick up her new puppy, and Saturday night/ Sunday I’ll be at home for my grandpa’s 80th birthday. Also on the fun side of things- I’m going to work pretty set hours and leave work at work when I’m done. Not working at all during this break has been amazing and I want to find ways to keep that feeling going even when vacation is over!
It’s going to be a rockin week that will hopefully set the tone for the entire year!!
