So far, so good!  I’m almost halfway through my second 3 day cleanse and am feeling much better than expected.  In fact, I don’t really feel like I’m cleansing at all which is kind of weird.  

One big difference between this go around and the cleanse I did in early January is the amount of time I have to devote to it.  I was sleeping a solid 8-9 hours a night and going to yoga daily during the first try.  This week I’m lucky to get 7 hours of sleep and will only get to yoga on day 3 of the cleanse.  I also think because my eating habits have been pretty good since the last cleanse I just don’t have quite as much to clean out (gross, I know).

It’s going well and I’m definitely happy I decided to do it again- I even have plans for staying vegan and mostly raw on Thursday and Friday to really maximize the benefits.
