I love TV.. it’s kind of a problem. One of my goals for the summer is to stop watching so much, so hopefully when the new fall seasons come along I’ll have broken this bad habit!
Another note- if you want delicious and healthy recipes, go to shape.com. I just made a KILLER shopping list and I’m going to spend my Memorial Day weekend trying all of them out. I’ll pass along pictures and recipes of whatever turns out well.
I’m on a total health kick right now. I’ve been running everyday (today I ran to the park, did my normal loop there, plus ran 10 sets of stairs… my butt will be KILLING me tomorrow), and I’m working on eating healthier. I cleared all the crap out of my pantry and started fresh. It is SO much easier to be healthier in the summer!
